Oceana is a refined oceanfront residential property in Miami, Florida defined by contemporary architecture, expansive glass façades, and a seamless connection between interior and exterior living. Designed with a strong emphasis on light, openness, and proportion, the building features generous floor-to-ceiling windows and deep terraces that frame panoramic views of water and sky. This project is by Arquitectonica, with interior design by Lissoni Associati. Molteni&C contributed a curation of designs to this project.
Interiors reflect a restrained, international sensibility, pairing clean architectural lines with warm, high-quality materials to create calm, sophisticated living spaces.

Aldo Rossi and Executive Design by Arassociati
One of the most important and historic opera houses in Europe, Gran Teatro "La Fenice" is located in Venice’s historic center, near Piazza San Marco. "La Fenice" is Italian for "The Phoenix." Like the bird rising from the ashes, the theater itself has burned down and been rebuilt multiple times. The theater reopened in 2003 with new, visionary design from Aldo Rossi and Executive Design by Arassociati, featuring a curation of furnishings by Molteni&C.
