Oceana es una refinada propiedad residencial frente al mar en Miami, Florida, definida por una arquitectura contemporánea, amplias fachadas acristaladas y una integración fluida entre interior y exterior. Diseñado con un fuerte énfasis en la luz, la apertura y las proporciones, el edificio cuenta con generosos ventanales de suelo a techo y amplias terrazas que enmarcan vistas panorámicas del agua y el cielo. El proyecto es obra de Arquitectonica, con interiorismo de Lissoni Associati. Molteni&C contribuyó a este proyecto con una cuidada selección de piezas de diseño.
