Nicola Gallizia in collaboration with Studio Arassociati
This hotel in the heart of Milan was conceived by Nicola Gallizia as an immersive, design-led environment. The interiors reframe hospitality as an experiential journey rather than a conventional stay. In collaboration with Studio Arassociati and Molteni&C, Gallizia references Milanese masters like Gio Ponti, Franco Albini, Achille Castiglioni, and Vico Magistretti. The furniture is thoughtfully woven into the interiors, not as display pieces, but as functional, lived-in elements that shape the daily experience of guests.
The hotel unfolds as a curated “design promenade,” with each floor conceived as a distinct yet connected chapter in a larger story.
Spaces reveal themselves progressively, encouraging exploration and attentiveness, while furniture, lighting, and spatial rhythm work in harmony to reflect the city’s enduring influence on modern design.
Materiality, proportion, and lighting are finely tuned to create spaces that feel both intimate and expressive, balancing understated elegance with cultural depth.
