Per l’headquarter e il Tortona Experience Center di EssilorLuxottica a Milano, UniFor e Molteni&C contribuiscono a un progetto articolato che unisce workplace, retail e brand experience. Sviluppato su più livelli e sedi, l’intervento riflette una collaborazione consolidata nel tempo, traducendo l’identità globale del cliente in un sistema spaziale coerente, definito da continuità, precisione materica e soluzioni progettuali integrate.

The headquarters, extending over approximately 4,500 square meters, is imagined as a layered environment with operational, executive, and shared areas that coexist within a unified architecture. Material choices — from stone flooring to wood cladding and burnished metals — establish a dialogue between Milanese architectural references and contemporary technological systems.

Within this context, UniFor integrates standard and bespoke solutions to define the workspace organization. The Naòs System, designed by Studio Cerri & Associati, structures the operative areas with aluminum frames and back-painted glass tops, establishing a precise and repeatable system across offices and selected executive spaces.

Custom storage elements and cabinets extend this language, maintaining material continuity and reinforcing a coherent visual identity. Partition systems, including AP and RP configurations, articulate the interior through combinations of transparency and enclosure, balancing acoustic performance with spatial openness.

Alongside the headquarters, the Tortona Experience Center reinterprets an industrial building through a hybrid program combining showroom, workspace, and brand environment. The ground floor is organized as an open exhibition space, where bespoke display tables and integrated vitrines support the presentation of products within a flexible layout.

UniFor has developed a fully customized system for the showroom environments, including dedicated work rooms equipped with LessLess tables by Jean Nouvel and tailored storage elements. Mirrored and glazed partitions define the spaces, introducing visual layering and privacy while maintaining continuity across the interiors.

On the upper level, exhibition and office areas coexist within a structured layout. Custom display systems, defined by metal structures and glass surfaces, are combined with workspaces organized through Naòs tables and double-sided shelving, creating a balance between display, storage, and operational use.
