Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates New York Office
New York City, known for its balance of old and new, of heritage and constant reinvention, will have a new modern residential building to overlook some of the city’s most iconic sights. The distinguished Madison Square Park Tower at 45 East 22nd Street tapped the Molteni&C Contract Division to develop and manufacture all of its custom kitchens, as the latest in a number of key contract projects for the brand. The project was developed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates New York Office, with interior design by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio.
The Madison Square Park Tower is a breathtaking addition to the city from the inside out. The Molteni&C Dada Engineered kitchen division created solutions to appear throughout the entire building, which includes simplex, duplex, full-floor and penthouse homes.
A total of 83 kitchens feature custom cabinetry that includes bespoke door styles with three stains on oak, suspended glossy lacquered doors and natural stone countertops. Dada Engineered skillfully tailored these kitchens to incorporate nature, texture and patterns complementing Brudnizki’s elegant modern interiors.
