COVINGTON & BURLING, NEW YORK

At 30 Hudson Yards, Molteni Group returns to work with Covington & Burling, furnishing the American law firm's New York offices through UniFor, the Group's company dedicated to workplace design. Conceived with interior architecture by LSM, the project continues a relationship that has already shaped the firm's offices in Washington, Brussels and London — a dialogue built on design continuity, executional precision and a shared vision of the contemporary workplace.

Occupying five floors, from the 46th to the 50th, the offices bring together private studies, lounge areas, communal spaces, reception desks and meeting rooms in interiors defined by extensive glazing and abundant natural light. Bespoke solutions and collection products alike were adapted to the specific requirements of the project.

For partners and associates, the private offices are developed entirely to measure, following the building's floor plan and the different ways of working within the firm. Timber paneling, integrated storage, wardrobes, shelving, drawer units and electrically height-adjustable worktops compose a coordinated system in which technology and craftsmanship coexist.

Natural oak brings warmth and comfort to the interiors, completing an atmosphere of quiet precision. Realized across five levels with an extensive use of customized solutions, the project expresses the Molteni Group's ability to orchestrate complex workplace interiors, uniting design expertise, bespoke production and collection products in a single, recognizable language.
