The glass residential tower at 111 Murray Street in New York City is a development by Kohn Pederson Fox featuring interior design by Mr Architecture + Décor. The tower showcases a model residence displaying more than a dozen designs by Molteni&C.

Of great relevance, the iconic pieces designed by Gio Ponti and part of the Molteni&C Heritage Collection, such as the D.154.2, D.151.4 armchairs and the D.859.1 table. 

The home is part of 111 Murray’s River-to River Collection, a select group of elite homes located within the upper portion of the tower.

Offering expansive north, south and east facing panoramic city views, 59East boasts ceiling heights of over 11 feet, a private elevator vestibule, eat-in kitchen with an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, center island breakfast bar and dual points of entry. The apartment also includes a custom Molteni&C Dada Engineered kitchen with ceruse White Oak cabinetry trimmed in custom soft black metal.
