Following an extensive restoration led by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the iconic property entered into an era of unprecedented residential splendor overlooking Park Avenue. Above the legendary hotel sit 375 private residences, ranging from studios to four bedrooms, with interiors designed by Jean-Louis Deniot.
